I was thinking maybe to help bring the forum together, we could all work on creating a web browser, customized just for the site. I mean we could all work on graphics and stuff, and just put in ideas. I can make a browser (and I bet like 6 more of you can), in like 5 minutes, so it's just a matter of ideas and graphics.

I see the browser in the colors of Purple, Grey and a Deep Scarlet with 1930's font and an aging look to it, Programming is not my forte at all though

Nope, actually programming our own browser. I'll do it, and then anyone else who wants the source code can ask me for it, and then everyone else who wants to help program it can. It's probably going to be in vb2008 just for simplicity.

Me too. And we should release it under a GNU GPL license. I might be of some use when it comes to cosmetic stuff, if you don't mind.

You'll only need to make a verbatim copy of the license and include it as a readme file in your application.

I once used that license for my Visual Basic application, although I'm afraid I lost the sources to it. BTW, is this a browser built from the ground-up, or just a shell for IE or something else?
